Buying bulk grain in minnesota

please bear with me here - I've been pondering buying bucketized grains from the major on-line vendors and see that the cost of a shipped bucket is about $50 for about $20 of grain. This is pretty cost prohibitive for someone wanting to put together 10-15 buckets worth.

I've located a supplier of organic grains in a nearby state that will ship a pallet of assorted organic grains to the twin cities for about $65 plus the cost of the grain @ ~ $23 a bag.

I'm looking for some way to gauge the demand for bulk organic grain in the twin cites area and the interest in a group buy. Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

TIA
